Roger-Axel
Greiner, Ph.D.,
has
served as consultant in health economy for twelve years. During
a period of eight years at HealthEcon AG in Basel, Switzerland,
he was appointed Project Manager. Since
2004 he has performed pharmacoeconomic studies as self-employed,
independent consultant to leading pharmaceutical companies and institutions.
Dr.
Greiner completed studies in Health Economy that included training
at VdAK, a German top federation of sick-funds for employees in
Siegburg, and received a certificate from the Ärztekammer Nordrhein,
Germany.
Dr.
Greiner graduated in Biology and earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry
from the Department of Developmental Physiology, University of Konstanz,
Germany. He established and ran a Polymerase Chain Reaction Laboratory
for genetic quality control at the University Hospital Zurich, Central
Biological Laboratory, in Zurich, Switzerland. He had been involved
in basic research for ten years.
Dr.
Greiner is a member of the SAG/ASE, Swiss Association of Health
Economics, and he contributed to a number of peer-reviewed publications.
